How do I get a quote or make a booking?

Getting a quote or making a booking request couldn't be easier. 

You have 4 easy options:

Where do I meet my Driver at the Airport?

1- At the information Desk (recommended)

 

Your Driver will await your arrival at the Airport Information Desk at the time of your request with a sign bearing 'Surrey Car Service' and or your name. Please note the passenger is liable for the car park fee, this is extra to the journey fare quoted.

 

2- Meeting outside the terminal ( Mobile number required)

 

a- If you have no luggage (business travel) we recommend that you request your driver be outside the terminal 15 or 30 minutes after your flight has landed.

 

b- If you have luggage we recommend that you request your driver be outside 45 or 60 minutes after your flight has landed.

 

Please note that waiting time charge apply after the time requested £1.50 for Each 5 min

 

The Driver will contact you on the mobile number provided (Please ensure you switch your mobile on ASAP after landing). At Heathrow the driver will normally try to pick you up at the same place as where we drop you see below:

Heathrow T3 At the Departure next to the Valet Parking
Heathrow T4 At the Departure next to the BA Express Parking

What happens if my flight arrives late?

Our standard procedure involves monitoring all flight arrival times. Regardless of late or even early arrival, your driver will be there!

What If my flight is cancelled or I miss my Plane?

If your flight is cancelled or you miss your flight it is your responsibility to inform us ASAP or you may be liable for the full fare.

How long will the Driver wait for me?

In relation to an Airport meeting, once the allotted 40 minutes waiting time has expired, your Driver will make extensive enquiries at the Airport (with Customs; your Airline; Airport information's paging system) before referring back to our office where further inquiries will be made. Only then will the Driver be authorised to leave the terminal.

Payment

How do I pay for my journey?

There are 2 simple ways of paying for your journey. You can pay by:

1. Cash Sterling (£)

2. Visa, MasterCard and Maestro in advance, subject to an 10% handling fee.

3-Paying  with PayPal - it's fast, and secure!, subject to an 10% handling fee.

Can you provide a baby seat?

Yes, we have front facing baby seats suitable for children between 1 and 4 years old

Mini cab vehicles are exempt from the law which requires children over 5 to be in a special seat.

Must all bookings be made in advance?

It is advisable that bookings are made at least 24 hours before your journey. Although last minute bookings can be accommodated.

Do you arrange other transfers apart from airport trips?

Yes, we can arrange weddings, shopping trips, sightseeing tours, transport for a series of business visits and meetings. We provide prestige vehicles from executive saloons and MPV's for individual journeys or on an hourly or daily rate basis - at VERY competitive rates!
